Message-ID: Elmer, Mary, and Mike: I've replaced the three little bulbs underneath the Yellow, Orange, and White buttons with GE327 bulbs (that are, I think 28V bulbs). I can't find any of the bulbs for the red switches either in our stockpile or in physics stores. As a result, I've ordered a number of them from Newark ... which seem to be T5.5 bulbs rated at 30V and 40mA. We may find others but I can't find them. Also, the little rod with the adjustable O-ring position to adjust wafer sizes on the chuck seems to be in place and ready to go. It is currently set for 4" wafers. Thanks, John From shott at snf.stanford.edu Thu Mar 31 13:37:22 2011 From: shott at snf.stanford.edu (shott at snf.stanford.edu) Date: Thu, 31 Mar 2011 13:37:22 -0700 Subject: Problem wafersaw SNF 2011-03-28 16:47:08: Stop and emergency stop lights do not work Message-ID: I've replaced the bulbs in the Fast, Stop, and Emergency Stop locations with appropriate T5.5 bulbs. I've replaced the Error, Enter, Air bulbs with GE 327 bulbs. The Fast and Stop bulbs illuminate properly. The Emergency Stop does not so it would appear that there may be an upstream problem ... possiby the socket, I suppose, but more likely the voltage that should power the socket is "missing in action". Note: I've place addtional GE 327 bulbs (available from Physics Stores) and addtional T55 telephone slide bulbs (rated at 30V, 40 mA) in a plastic bag inside the red tool box adjacent to the dicing saw. For future reference those T55 slide bulbs are available from Newark as SKU number 20C4356.
