I was not able to do my wafer sawing due to an error during allignment. The chuck moves away from the user and multiple beeps are heard. I tried to reset but it continued to follow that behavior during allignment.

The system was doing fine until it gave a "CCW limit" error.  We rebooted a couple of times and it seemed to do fine through the regular limit switch check routine.  But when you try to calibrate "Height", it gives that same CCW limit error.  Are the rotation limit switches OK?

Unfortunately, it is not an easy fix.  Elmer has a call into the field service provider we generally use to schedule a repair.  We don't know enough to make any assessments, but will keep everyone posted.
