Problem wafersaw SNF 2011-11-01 11:49:34: Y value error during allignment

I was not able to do my wafer sawing due to an error during allignment. The chuck moves away from the user and multiple beeps are heard. I tried to reset but it continued to follow that behavior during allignment.
