But if you can gently rock it and turn it, you can actually very slowly pull it out. So please try using the gentle approach when removing the blade. It's probably a good idea to wipe the shaft and the inside of your blades before putting a new one on. We've put on a brand new silicon blade, which will be the default blade we'll leave on the system. Mary
