Problem wbdiff 2002-03-28 12:33:32: Spindryer; teflon brace grabs wafers

The little teflon coated brace which holds the wafers in place in
the spindryer has grooves worn into it, and a small flap of
teflon has peeled back.  This can catch the wafer (s) and break them.
