Problem wbdiff SNF 2006-05-18 16:25:41: HCl bath set temp and time wrong

set temp for HCl bath is changed to 60C instead of 70C.
Time is changed to 0.2min instead of 10 min. Uli and
few of us tried to change the set parameters back but
were unsucessful.
