	Dear wbdiff users,

	I need to replace HCl+H2O2+H2O on wbdiff before doing my LPCVD
run. So I have reserved the bench from 10 to 11am today to cool the
chemical down to 50C. If this conflicts with your work, please email me
ASAP.
