Message-ID: There is no problem written up regarding this. Now I will be stuck here until the sulfuric cools down, making me late for my tube reservation. The tubes are booked solid this week so reserving the tube for another time is out of the question. I would like to sincerely thank you for your total lack of consideration. It will need to cool down first before it can be changed out. -- David Caudillo __________________________________________________________________ Get your own FREE, personal Netscape Webmail account today at http://webmail.netscape.com/ From jgarate at snf.stanford.edu Wed Feb 21 13:35:00 2001 From: jgarate at snf.stanford.edu (Jaime Garate) Date: Wed, 21 Feb 2001 13:35:00 -0800 Subject: Spin Rinser Dryer Message-ID: <3A943484.8BB29741@snf.stanford.edu> Hi Users, The wet bench rinser dryer is not drying the wafers. The dry time has been change to 340 instead of normal 240. This is only a temperately fix. With this change the wafers come out dry, but the chamber stays wet. This is okay as long as the wafers are dry. The permanently fix is that the outside chamber is cover by two heat cloth that one is not adhesive to the chamber, because the glue is to old. Len has order some glue, and also he has order an extra heat cloth. Sorry for the inconvenience! Thanks, Jaime Garate
