wbdiff use tomorrow from ~10 am

Folks:

I have some special device wafers I must clean at wbdiff starting at
12:30 pm. I will need fresh chemicals in both hot pots. I would like 
to start cooling the hot pots as soon as Linda and Gladys are 
finished using the bench at ~10 am which means no one will be able to 
clean wafers there until after I am finished at ~1:30 pm.

Please let me know if this is a problem for anyone.
