Hi wbdiff-users,

wbdiff is shutdown due to possible metal contamination. I was working with
another student in my group and he accidentally used metal contaminated
tweezers to transfer wafers to wbdiff cassette. Since this came to our
notice after we used the bench, I am shutting it down. I will clean it on
Friday morning. No one used the bench after us.
