Subject: Reservation for wbdiff for tomorrow morning 5-8am

Dear all,

I am making and requesting a reservation of the wbdiff for tomorrow (Nov. 17th)
morning from 5-8am. Normally, no one should reserve it but I get an Spectmat
approval to do wafer clean using SC1 in the wbdiff at an off hour. By doing at
time off the normal hour, I will minimize the impact to other when I an doing
SC1 in the wbdiff.

Let me know if the poroposed time will impact your schedule.
