Folks,

I have reserved the diffusion wet bench tomorrow from 7:00 to 10:00.  As 
many of you are aware, contamination issues in the facility are being 
looked at.  Tomorrow I will be running cleans and furnace runs to aid in 
that effort.  I will need to have the exclusive use of the bench for 
that time frame.
