Hi Wbdiff users:
Currently the wetbench diffusion HCL/H2O2 tank is not working. It cannot drain the liquid. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Subject: wbdiff cassettes

There are no more cassettes available for wbdiff.  Two were found over by epi that are dirty and need to be decontaminated.  Two more were found by tylan furnaces 6-9 full of wafers.  Please return the cassettes if you are not using them.
