Folks,

I have reserved wbdiff from 8:00 to 11:00 on Wed 21 Jan.  I will be a 
full decontamination of the bench followed by cleaning of wafers for 
lifetime testing.  This is part of the effort to accommodate new 
processes in the lab- a good thing for everyone.

I apologize in advance for any delays this may cause.
