Hi, The CTB Heater controller keeps on tripping. Uli and myself tried to reset it couple of time without any success.  John

new tmah quartz beaker does not fit into water bath.  can metal plate be altered to fit beaker per Uli?

water bath temp does not rise above 85 deg.  tried putting foam insulation over opening and maxing power on dial.  left on for 4 hours.
