Problem wbgen-ctb SNF 2007-10-23 10:52:44: temperature braker was on, cannot start ctb

cannot use the ctb since the temperature / liquid level
indication light is on. Tried drain and refill water didn't work.
disable and re-enable on coral didn't work too
