Subject: Comment wbgen-ctb SNF 2009-09-30 11:04:33: clean KOH cassette is missing

The Teflon cassette (half) for "clean" KOH etching with on red button is missing. If someone borrowed it, please return it. For now, there is one single wafer dipper marked with one red button available for the "clean" KOH etch.
And please use the cassettes with two red buttons only for "clean" TMAH etching.
