WB general labusers,

WB general might be down until Monday, 8/6. The plumbing is leaking.
Only people who are qualified on wbgaassl are allowed to use this
wetbench in the meantime. Remember, users working with GaAs wafers have
priority. Please make reservations, enable it on Coral and write the
amount of chemicals used in the log sheet.
