Message-ID: <4A9EC55D.2090008@stanford.edu> Dear wbgen users, I am very disappointed! Please look at the attached picture. I came back after two weeks vacation and the table next to the wbgen is a mess. "Clean" KOH and "clean" TMAH labware is mixed up with gold contaminated labware. I will check the wet bench general at 5 pm today. If the labware is still on the table, I will trash it. And I will disqualify all users who enabled the bench during the last two weeks. If someone borrowed it, please return it. For now, there is one single wafer dipper marked with one red button available for the "clean" KOH etch. And please use the cassettes with two red buttons only for "clean" TMAH etching. Uli
