We already have one such gold contaminated holder in our lab but I need my process to be clean so I am thinking of buying another one. Are there other users who would like to use such a wafer holder in clean processes (possibly if you want to go into a furnace or epi2 after etching). The quote for the holder is about $2000 and it would help if I could split the cost with other research groups. Please let me know. Thanks a lot, Arunanshu
