Shutdown wbgen-hpr SNF 2006-03-20 11:45:54: hot plate has not power

The hot plate was working fine from around 9-11am. But now it is not heating, the power indicator light and the plate hot light are off, even though the power reset button is on and the hot plate is enabled.
