While working at the the wetbench general, approximately 100mL of 6:1 BOE (7%HF, 34%Ammonium Fluoride, 59% water) was spilled onto the right hot plate of wet bench general, and the surrounding base of that area.  The hot plate is unusable until it is cleaned out.  The top surface of the wetbench general area was cleaned by flushing with water, and dried using the nitrogen gun.
