I forgot to clear this but I did my best to check logs and chemicals at the waste accumulation area.  To be best of my knowledge, I believe that there was some "bagged and tagged" chrome etch at the WAA at about this time.
However, Linda brings up a good point ... we need to be vigilant in making sure that chemicals are not  inappropriately dumped.
