And the hot plate temperature can not raise above 30degC. None of the lights for the hot plate power come on, but I noticed that the sidewalls of the bin in which the hot plate sits were covered with water droplets, as if someone had sprayed it with the H2O gun. Perhaps the hot plate got shorted out?
