Message-ID: unknown liquid came out from the N2 gas!!! it is brown, and I have no idea why this happened. I opened the N2 gas and found the filter is full of this liquid. I took a picture and has thrown it away. I put other part in to tap water, rinse at least one hour. The liquid went on my wafer. Please be carefull when working in this shared invirement.
