Message-ID: there is a sign right there next to the ON/OFF switch stating that the bench power should NOT be turned off. When the last person disables the bench the power to the bench is automatically turned off. If you turn the power off while someone else is still using the bench, i.e.: the constant temperature bath (ctb), the power to the ctb will be turned off and the person's wafers will not be etched.
