I used 6:1 BOE (90%)+49% HF (10%) and etched pyrex for 1.5hrs. When I came back in 1.5 hrs, I could see some crystals of HF and when I tried to drain it, it didn't drain well. Probably it is clogged with HF crystals. Right now (3pm), there is mixture of 6:1 BOE (90%)+49% HF (10%)+ water in the bath.
