However, many functions are not working, such a dump rinse and chemical drain. Could you check the status of wetbenchgen2? He ran 5:1:1 H2O:HCl:H2O2 in each of the pots and tanks for one hour, then drained and rinsed. In addition, he rinsed, filled, and drained the PRS pot to remove all trace of water. Rinsed and dried the deck. Cycled dump rinse tank and spin rinse dryer 5X to flush the DI system. Many thanks, Masaharu!!
