hi all

someone left their epi-Ge wafers on the Germanium wetbench. we just  
have 2 wafer cassettes for the bench. it is inappropriate to block the  
cassette. These wafers have been there for more than 1 week.

Please remove your wafers ASAP...otherwise...I do not know what :)
