bad electrical connection it is ok for now but I will change the connecter if the problem comes up again

The magnehelic reads about 0.25, which is lower than normal, though the bench still seems to function OK.  The DI watert fill near the aluminum etch is not working, however.

Right dump rinser keeps clicking on and off; dumps large 
amounts of water during one part of the clicking cycle. I put it ondump and put a sign on it that says "Do Not Use".

Water does not fill in the DI fill dump rinser (in front of the Aluminum etch pot)

The valve was closed down I opened it up and now the cascade rinse fills in about two minutes.

spin dryer works on wbmetal however the spindryer on wb nitride seems to shut itself off after a while. I am looking in to the cause
