Message-ID: The left dump rinser was open again this morning. Water sprayed into the PRX127 and PRS1000. I had to drain both tanks. I left the tanks empty. We changed the program for the left dump rinser, there is no more water spray. Large puddle of clear liquid on the white shelf below tubing and on to the floor. No drip visible. Using and draining Al etchant and DI pot, BOE pot, both dump rinsers and spin dryer at the time.
