Problem wbmetal SNF 2009-11-16 10:48:43: Bent cassette alignment pin

One of the two alignment pins is bent on one of the
cassettes. This prevents the cassette from being properly 
aligned with another cassette. This could cause some one
to lose their wafers when performing a cassette-to-cassette
transfer. I left ths  damaged cassette on top
of  the blue boxes in the upper left hand corner of the bench.
