The DI cool was coming on sporatically and the DI drip flow had been turned to zero, resulting in acid concentration errors.   Seems OK now but should be closely monitored and perhaps checked out by staff.

DI cool should be shut off after use
eletrical connection on drip system was bad

The bath is taking a lot of time to heat up. Also the level  of the acid seems to be increasing and the whole bath boils vigorously. Another problem is that the drip does not come on.

drip valve was left full on I reduce setting to 2.5 on flow meter ok to use
