When added to the left hotpot, KOH explodes on contact with the sulfuric (It's kinda cool actually). I have thoroughly washed down the deck, and I am cooling the pots down. I knocked it out when I was transfering wafers to the dumprinser. Some sulfuric splashed out of the left hotpot. I have cleaned off the bench and replaced the solution in the left hotpot.
