Problem wbnonmetal SNF 2004-10-20 01:39:30: 1 Teflon Lid Missing, 1 Teflon Cassette Missing and Lid Contaminated

A teflon box was sitting on the hood with cassette inside  but lid missing. Another box has no cassette while its lid was putting inside down on the bench top. This box was marked with "CONTAMINATED".
