Problem wbnonmetal SNF 2006-04-05 05:47:50: Piece in left sulfuric peroxide hotpot

HI all
    I was changing the chemicals in the left sulfuric peroxide hot pot when I espied a piece of silicon at the bottom of the pot. Also, the 6:1 BOE bath was open and white residue all along the inside of the bath. The cover was lying face up on the bench.
Just wanted to point these out.
