Found the 6:1 BOE bath was completely drained, with the drain left on. Also, noticed lots of HF crystals outside the bath. I cleaned the crystals with as little water as possible, and refilled the bath.

when I came to the tool, I notice:
1) right bath was empty, but not filled with new solution.
2) there was an empty cassette in the left rinse bath.
