Hello,

	I would like to run some long HF etches Tuesday afternoon, Sep. 28
at wbnonmetal. This involves occupying both the 20:1 and the 6:1 BOE baths
from about 1430-1700. If this will cause anyone any inconvenience, please
let me know, and I will reschedule for later in the day.
