From caner at stanford.edu Wed Jun 11 16:26:04 2008 From: caner at stanford.edu (Caner Onal) Date: Wed, 11 Jun 2008 16:26:04 -0700 Subject: broken wafer in the right bath Message-ID: <20080611162604.kjcu2thzcwwwkgg8@webmail.stanford.edu> This has happened to me twice in the last few days so I thought I'd send a message to the list: If you happen to break a wafer in the acid baths please take the time to at least let people know. You may not care but there are people who'd rather avoid a single scratch on their samples in this lab. I don't know how safe it is to risk draining the broken wafer pieces up the pipes- I realized this as I was changing chemicals and left the right bath drained halfway. Thanks, Caner.
