Problem wbsilicide SNF 2011-02-08 09:35:50: Au contaminated 4" cassette is missing

The 4" handle is in the dump rinser, the 6" cassette is in the black box, but the 4" Au contaminated cassette with the red and green buttons is nowhere to be found.  BLAR!!!
