Hello wbsilicide users --

Len has the EPROM for programming the hot pots to aspirate at higher
temperatures. The plan is to install and test this first in the
wbsilicide HCl hot pot. To do this, the wbsilicide station will need to
be shut down. The plan is to cool and drain all the pots late Tuesday
afternoon and allow Len & Jim to work on the controller Wednesday
morning.

This is the current plan. If this interferes with your deposition plans
for tomorrow and Wednesday, please let me, Gladys (gsarmien at snf) and Len
(booth at snf) know.

Thanks,

Mary
