Shutdown wbsolvent SNF 2005-06-29 13:02:11: Dirty Utrasonic bath and not working

someone did not bother to report a problem on the ultrasonic bat- not fuctioning.  In addition, left it pretty dirty- residual materials floating and some settle around the walls and bottom.
