Didn't pull on cords. Computer should probably be reset, but didn't want to in case there is a special shutdown procedure for the Woollam. On the top of the frame, to the back right you can unplug then plug back in the USB connection cables. Doing this once or twice typically gets them back working. Rebooting the computer will not work unless the connections are good.
