This means we have reached the end of the useful life of the lamp. The lamp hours was~810 hours. You can still make thickness measurements, but any n & k values will be very noisy. I don't know if there was sample interactions, unstable light or what the other day. If you see a noisy spectra let me know, othewise I'm inclined to leave the lamp in longer. This lamp is about 200 hours younger than the last lamp I changed.
