The ignitor board was replaced (not the problem) and a new power suppy was replace (which was the problem).  I also replaced the lamp, aligned the beam and calibrated the system.  I need to thank Woollam for sending the part for trouble shooting and even more importantly the step by step directions so that even I could make the repairs.
