When measuring the 5th sample, the alignment could not be performed, the equipment registered the intensity as too small. First four samples worked fine.

A number of users have not reported low intensity.  Often this results from poor sample alignment.

Tried to use the 9pt thin Pt program on the VASE Manager.  It came up with an error / problem red box saying " cannot create new directory"
couldn't measure my wafers
