Subject: Woollam Lamp Change

All,

We have reached our time limit for the Woollam Spectral 
ellipsometer's Xe lamp.  I want to schedule a lamp change for next 
week, Wednesday May 7th.  While it should not make a difference, if 
you have a critical sample or layer you may want to keep the sample 
handy to make a before and after the lamp change measurement.

If you have any concerns, please let me know.
