Unfortunately, it did not. I have sent a help request to Woollam and I am waiting their response. I seems we have a failure in our igniter circuit which requires some component replacement. I working on the logistics whether we can make the repair of the unit with supplied parts or if the unit needs to be sent to Woollam. The next step will be replacing the power supply. Woollam shipped to us the power supply with the ignitor board, but they were expecting the board to be the problem. The ignitor board (not the problem) and new power supply was replaced (which was the problem). I also replaced the lamp, aligned the beam and calibrated the system. I need to thank Woollam for sending the part for trouble shooting and even more importantly the step by step directions so that even I could make the repairs. Regards, Ed
