Yes, we see the mouse and sometimes the keyboard drop out. For some reason the system loses the USB devices. I you unplug both the keyboard and the mouse for a few seconds and then plug them back in, they typically begin to work. The mouse and the keyboard USB connections are on the top, at the back right corner.
