expansion chamber takes ~30sec to pump down to 0.3Torr.  asked Xactix and this seems to be a bit long.

expansion chamber pressure comes up to >10Torr when valve to source chamber is opened.  should be ~4Torr at room temp.  asked Xactix and they said this could be a leak.
